Police neutralise 4 suicide bombers in Kandahar

Kandahar [Afghanistan], November 14 (ANI): The Afghanistan Police neutralised at least four suicide bombers before they could reach their target in Kandahar on Monday night.

The suicide bombers had planned to target the district council building and police headquarters using a Humvee vehicle, Tolo News quoted Kandahar police spokesman Zia Durrani, as saying.

The Humvee bomb was detonated without any arm.

Further details are awaited. (ANI)
