New Delhi [India], Sept. 28 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday extended birthday greetings to Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina who turned 71. He wished her a long life and good health.

New Delhi [India], Sept. 28 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday extended birthday greetings to Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina who turned 71. He wished her a long life and good health.

"Birthday wishes to PM Sheikh Hasina. May she be blessed with a long life and good health," Prime Minister Modi tweeted.

Sheikh Hasina was born in Tungipara, East Bengal on 28 September 1947. She is the daughter of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, first president of Bangladesh, and Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib.

The Awami League and its affiliated organisations will organize various humanitarian events and activities to celebrate Prime Minister Hasina's birthday, the Dhaka Tribune reported. (ANI)
