New Delhi [India], April 12 (ANI): The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) on Thursday assured that "all matters of mutual interest" were discussed between India and Russia in a telephonic conversation that took place on Wednesday.

"All matters of mutual interest have been discussed in the telephonic conversation which took place between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin yesterday," MEA's official spokesperson Raveesh Kumar said.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin engaged in a phone call, wherein, the two leaders dwelled upon the development of the "exclusive strategic partnership between Russia and India," reported the Kremlin Press Service.

According to the Press Service, the phone call was initiated by the Indian side.(ANI)
