Tokyo [Japan], October 26 (ANI): Japanese company NTT Communications recently organized the 'DX Theme Park' Business Forum in Tokyo.
It displays cutting-edge IOT, 5G, robot, and AI avatar technology. These cutting-edge technologies portend a radical change in social life in the future.
President of NTT Communications, Toru Maruoka declared "Connect each business".
"We will connect to big things by utilizing ICT with various tasks. We are going to reconnect since it is now after Covid. Connect Business and Docomo Business will work together to create a sustainable society. Additionally, we are creating networks and IOT for international trade. In addition to connecting with the home market, we would like to expand our global business," he said.
'Robico' is one of the primary exhibits during the event.
It is a compound word that stands for robot, mobility, and control. NTT Communications created robot operations for package delivery, security, and facility management under the presumption that the workforce would be in low supply and society would be ageing.
Customer reception by AI avatar is cutting-edge technology for NTT Communications.
It goes beyond just talking like an avatar; it takes into account the emotions of the client, recognizes the customer's fundamental needs, and prepares generation AI.
Satoshi Konishi, NTT Docomo said, "In the latest technology we can recognize the speaker's emotion to incorporate it to a demonstration. For example, in a conversation to a troubled person, which word is appropriate? To a hurrying person which word and which attitude is appropriate? Solving these issue, we utilize generation AI and we can get a suitable response from generation AI. It is the value and strong point of generation AI. This AI avatar system will be highly evaluated"
By using cutting-edge technologies NTT Communications will create a social life for the future that is unparalleled. It will be a secure and comfortable environment for everyone. (ANI)
