Hanoi [Vietnam], June 20 (ANI): A Yoga camp was held at the Indian embassy in Vietnam on Wednesday.
A group of young women were seen practising seemingly tough yoga postures on a stage as the crowd tried to follow them.
Meanwhile, on the sidelines of the Malabar 2018 exercise at Guam Coast in the United States of America, the members of Japan Maritime Self Defense Force ship and Indian Naval ship Sahyadri were seen practicing Yoga asanas.
A number of Yoga camps have been organized in India and around the world, in the run-up to International Yoga Day.
On June 18, a Yoga event was held in Thailand at Chiang Mai University which included a yoga demonstration by Yoga Ananda and spirit Yoga Chiang Mai.
The Netherlands celebrated the Yoga Day along with spiritual guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar who held a yoga session for the attendees.
An international day for yoga was declared unanimously by the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) accepting Prime Minister Narendra Modi's proposal for the same. (ANI)
