Gujarat: 2 Chinese sailors killed, 1 hospitalised after gas leak on cargo vessel

Gandhinagar (Gujarat) [India], April 23 (ANI): Two Chinese sailors died in a gas leak incident on board a cargo vessel off Navlakhi port in Gujarat's Morbi.

Another sailor is seriously ill and is being treated in the Jamnagar civil hospital.

The deceased and the affected have been identified as Zhang Baohai, Dong Kui and Sun Yingdong.

The incident had occurred on Honk Kong's bulk carrier named "Feng Hui Ha" while it was travelling to a Gujarat port from Singapore.

The cause of the gas leakage is yet to be ascertained. (ANI)
