Blast kills 2 in Afghanistan's Baghlan province

With Pakistan facing the impact of the crisis in West Asia, the Chief Minister of the country's Punjab province, Maryam Nawaz Sharif, has announced a series of measures "to protect the public and manage resources responsibly".

The preliminary analysis of the device which was ignited and thrown at a protest outside the residence of New York City's Mayor Zohran Mamdani's was revealed to be an improvised explosive device, according to the analysis by the NYPD Bomb Squad.
