Dhaka [Bangladesh], Oct 1 (ANI): At least seven people were killed and 15 others got injured after a bus skidded off Dhaka-Chittagong highway and fell into a ravine in Comilla on Sunday.

Bangladesh: Seven killed after bus falls into ravine

Dhaka [Bangladesh], Oct 1 (ANI): At least seven people were killed and 15 others got injured after a bus skidded off Dhaka-Chittagong highway and fell into a ravine in Comilla on Sunday.

The accident took place on the Dhaka-Chittagong Highway in Nuritola area which comes under Chandina upazila of the district, the Dhaka Tribune reported.

A senior police official said that the Tisha Paribahan bus skidded off the road and fell into a ravine, leaving 7 passengers dead on the scene and fifteen others injured in the accident.

The deceased included four men, two women and one child.

The injured were admitted at the Chandina Health Complex. (ANI)
