5 Taliban militants killed in Afghanistan

Kabul [Afghanistan], May 27(ANI): At least five Taliban insurgents have been killed and three others have been wounded during the operations conducted by the Afghan Special Forces in northern Kunduz province of war-torn country.

Kabul [Afghanistan], May 27(ANI): At least five Taliban insurgents have been killed and three others have been wounded during the operations conducted by the Afghan Special Forces in northern Kunduz province of war-torn country.
The operations were conducted in the vicinity of Jangal Bashi village of Khaabad district, reported Khaama Press, citing the Afghan Military, as saying.
Kunduz is among the relatively volatile provinces in northern Afghanistan where the Taliban is actively operating in a number of its districts and frequently carry out insurgency activities.
The Afghan forces have also stepped up operations to suppress the Taliban-led insurgency.
No comments have been received from the anti-government armed militant groups including the Taliban militants in connection with this report by far.(ANI)
