New Delhi [India], Oct. 27(ANI): Talentedge, India's Ed-Tech firm, offering 'live and interactive', anywhere learning in a digital format, strengthens its collaboration with MICA, to offer a PG Certificate Programme in Business Management. The course is specially designed for high-potential managers, working professionals and young leaders who aspire to lead cross - functional teams and wish to be well-prepared for challenging managerial positions in national and multinational organizations. The programme will also cater to entrepreneurs seeking to gain a more structured understanding of the contemporary business situation. The one-year PG Certificate Programme in Business Management will commence from next year and will be conducted over 2 semesters. The programme will include lectures from MICA's Area Leader in General Management, Dr. Rasananda Panda, who is the Program Director for this programme. Dr Panda specializes in Macroeconomics and his current areas of interest include studying the dynamics of the business and economic environment of India and other emerging markets. The programme contains a mix of practical assignments, case studies, simulation and gamification to impart practical knowledge, pertinent to varied corporate scenarios. "We are excited to announce the PG Certificate Programme in Business Management in collaboration with our established partner MICA. With this programme, we want to enable learners to keep pace with the changing business environment in recent years and to present them with a practical approach to be effective and successful. We are confident that the amalgamation of MICA expertise and Talentedge technology would be an immensely enriching experience for our learners," CEO & MD, Talentedge, Aditya Malik said. The lectures will be delivered by eminent faculty of MICA using Talentedge's Direct-to-Device technology, through 'live and interactive' online lectures that will be beamed via Internet to student desktops/laptops. All participants will also be granted round-the-clock access to Talentedge's Cloud Campus comprising learning aids, study materials, reference materials, assessments, case studies and assignments etc. as per the requirement of the programme. Students will also have the benefit of raising questions and doubts, either during the live class or offline through the Cloud Campus. Talentedge is an Ed-Tech firm.
