Beijing [China], January 9 (ANI): Baidu just unveiled a new autonomous driving platform that is capable of handling parking and speed bumps, irrespective of the region of driving.

Beijing [China], January 9 (ANI): Baidu just unveiled a new autonomous driving platform that is capable of handling parking and speed bumps, irrespective of the region of driving.
The Apollo 3.5 is the updated self-driving platform which is the first open source system that can handle both city and suburbia. According to Engadget, the platform is now better geared to handle challenges on roads including parking, narrow lanes, and speed bumps.
The platform will be rolled out to 100 test vehicles by Udelv across the San Francisco Bay Area and other parts of the US.
In addition to Apollo 3.5, Baidu is also introducing Apollo Enterprise bundle of products for large-scale requirements, such as hands-free highway driving, map services, autonomous parking valets and more. (ANI)
