Xender ranks among Top 3 apps on Samsung Tizen Store
New Delhi [India], Jul 15 (ANI): The launch of cost-effective Tizen smartphones by Samsung is already creating waves in India, and is expected to play a significant role in further strengthening its position in the market. Recently, Xender Digital, one of the global leaders in file sharing mobile apps, partnered with Samsung to provide a Tizen version of their popular app Xender that will provide an immediate tool to users for short-distance file transfers. Since its release on the Tizen Apps Store in May 2017, Xender Tizen has already marked its place among the three most downloaded mobile apps on the store. Peter Jiang, Founder CEO of Xender, said: "We are delighted to partner with Samsung and provide a fast file-transfer solution for Tizen users. With Samsung being a household name in India, Xender also foresees a rub-off effect in its active user-base. This partnership holds great strategic significance for our company and will further strengthen our leadership in the file-transfer field." Xender supports cross-platform transfer and file sharing between Tizen, Android and iOS systems at a speed 200 times that of Bluetooth. It allows sharing of any type of file, any size, without any data usage. Xender, currently, supports more than 30 languages including English and Hindi and over 10 other Indian regional languages. Today, Xender has more than 100 million (10 crore) monthly active users in India alone, and transfers over 150 million files per day. (ANI)
