Ericsson announces Nunzio Mirtillo as Head of Market South East Asia, Oceania and India

New Delhi [India], Apr 3 (ANI): Ericsson on Monday announced appointment of Nunzio Mirtillo as Head of Market Area South East Asia, Oceania and India after its recent announcement about the changes to its business strategy, structure and Executive Team.

Ericsson announces Nunzio Mirtillo as Head of Market South East Asia, Oceania and India
New Delhi [India], Apr 3 (ANI): Ericsson on Monday announced appointment of Nunzio Mirtillo as Head of Market Area South East Asia, Oceania and India after its recent announcement about the changes to its business strategy, structure and Executive Team. In this role, Nunzio has responsibility for Ericsson's business across markets such as India, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Philippines and Bangladesh. Nunzio brings to the position broad experience from his 29-year career with Ericsson, including roles in solutions development, sales, marketing and delivery. Most recently, he has been Head of Region Mediterranean, responsible for Ericsson's business and operations across 25 countries. Ericsson's reorganization from 10 regions to five market areas and four business units to three business areas aims to increase efficiency and speed up time-to-market and customer responsiveness. "I'm looking forward to bringing my experience of working in different roles across a diverse range of markets to the newly-combined Market Area South East Asia, Oceania and India. Ericsson's strengthened portfolio focus and simplified organizational structure will enable us to better partner with our customers, to help them succeed in tough market situations and capitalize on new growth opportunities within ICT," said Head of Market Area South East Asia Oceania and India, Nunzio Mirtillo. As part of his appointment, Nunzio becomes a member of Ericsson's Executive Team. Ways of working for the new structure will be solidified by the Executive Team over the coming months. (ANI)
