`Fit-again` Stokes, Wood recalled in ODI squad against Pakistan

Johannesburg, Aug.16 (ANI): England have recalled fit-again Durham duo of Ben Stokes and Mark Wood in a 15-man squad for the upcoming five-match ODI series against Pakistan, beginning on August 24 in Southampton.

`Fit-again` Stokes, Wood recalled in ODI squad against Pakistan
Johannesburg, Aug.16 (ANI): England have recalled fit-again Durham duo of Ben Stokes and Mark Wood in a 15-man squad for the upcoming five-match ODI series against Pakistan, beginning on August 24 in Southampton. Stokes has been sidelined with knee and calf injuries this season while Wood has undergone two ankle operations since playing his last Test against Pakistan in Dubai in October. Struggling batsman James Vince, on the other hand, has been dropped from the squad while his Hampshire team-mate Liam Dawson has got a not to make his ODI debut, Sport24 reported. Fast bowler Steven Finn has also been excluded after suffering a hamstring tear during England's 10-wicket defeat against Pakistan in the fourth Test at The Oval. England one-day captain Eoin Morgan, who has been out of action since breaking his finger on July 26, has been retained to face the Pakistani side. The England ODI squad is as follows: Eoin Morgan (captain), Moeen Ali, Jonny Bairstow, Jos Buttler, Liam Dawson, Chris Jordan, Alex Hales, Liam Plunkett, Adil Rashid, Joe Root, Jason Roy, Ben Stokes, David Willey ,Chris Woakes, Mark Wood.(ANI)
