India won their opening game of Pool B after defeating Ireland 3-2 on Saturday. Meanwhile, Vikas Krishan Yadav will kick off India's boxing campaign when he takes on American challenger Charles Conwell in his opening bout today. Shooter Heena Sidhu, who failed to qualify for the finals of the 10m Air Pistol event on Sunday, will be competing in the 25m pistol event while archer Atanu Das will look to continue his form in the elimination round of the individual event. India, who have sent their largest-ever contingent of 119 athletes in the Rio Olympics, are yet to open their medal account in the ongoing Summer Games. (ANI)
