Rio de Janerio, Aug 7 (ANI): Indian shooter Heena Sidhu on Sunday failed to qualify for the final of Women's 10 meter Air Pistol event on Day Two of the Rio Olympics here at the Rio de Janerio's Olympic Shooting Complex located in Deodoro Park cluster.

Rio de Janerio, Aug 7 (ANI): Indian shooter Heena Sidhu on Sunday failed to qualify for the final of Women's 10 meter Air Pistol event on Day Two of the Rio Olympics here at the Rio de Janerio's Olympic Shooting Complex located in Deodoro Park cluster. Sidhu crashed out of event with a score of 380 to finish 14th. Only the top eight qualify for the Final. Sidhu, who was believed by many to bag a medal, was at least likely to make the Final. Yesterday, her compatriots Ayonika Paul and Apurvi Chandela had also failed to make the final in their 10m air rifle event. Later, Jitu Rai had made the final in the men's event but could only manage an eighth spot. (ANI)
