Onkar Singh elected secretary general of Asian Cycling Confederation

New Delhi [India], Mar. 4 (ANI): Onkar Singh, Cycling Federation of India (CFI) Secretary General, will be the new secretary general of Asian Cycling Confederation (ACC). He takes over from Boo Woong Choi of Korea.

Onkar Singh elected secretary general of Asian Cycling Confederation
New Delhi [India], Mar. 4 (ANI): Onkar Singh, Cycling Federation of India (CFI) Secretary General, will be the new secretary general of Asian Cycling Confederation (ACC). He takes over from Boo Woong Choi of Korea. CFI President Parminder Singh Dheendsa has also been elected as vice-president of the ACC. Sheikh Osama Ahmad Al Shafar from UAE will be the new president of ACC who will take charge from Hee Wook Cho of Korea. Osama will be the 9th president the ACC. Onkar became Secretary General of the CFI in 2011 and since then he's promoted the game of Cycling in India and marketed it across the globe by organizing Track Asia Cup and recently held 37th Asian Track Cycling Championships held at New Delhi. He thanked all the 41 Asian nations for the faith they have shown in the new president and secretary general. He also thanked all the cycling lovers for their unconditional support and said that without your love and blessing this would have never been possible. (ANI)
