Hyderabad (Telangana) [India], Dec 14 (ANI): Surprise, Surprise! Ace Indian shuttler Saina Nehwal and Commonwealth Games gold medallist Parupalli Kashyap have tied the knot in a private ceremony. The announcement was made by Nehwal on her Twitter handle with two adorable pictures with the "best match" of her life.
"Best match of my life...#justmarried," Nehwal tweeted.

The couple, who were reportedly set to get hitched on December 16, surprised their fans by announcing the pleasant news.
The social media romance of both the shuttlers had created enough buzz about the wedding through some catchy posts.
"No matter who wins the match, the score will be love all. #matchoftheyear" read one of the Instagram posts of Nehwal.

"The court is set. #Matchoftheyear," read another post.

The former world number 1 has around 20 major titles in her kitty, including Olympics Bronze medal in 2012. In the 2018 Commonwealth Games, she ended on top of the podium clinching a gold medal for the country.
Kashyap, on the flip side, had a roller coaster ride in his career. He reached a career-high ranking of number six before suffering a halt due to a series of injuries. The shuttler had won the gold medal in 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games in men's singles event. (ANI)
