ISSF World Cup Shotgun: Indian Skeet shooters bow out in qualification

United States will co-host the 2026 FIFA World Cup alongside Canada and Mexico. The tournament will feature 104 matches, beginning at Mexico City Stadium on June 11 and culminating at New York New Jersey Stadium with the final on 19 July.

India delivered a mature and balanced display, scoring once in each half while also maintaining a clean sheet against a spirited Myanmar side. While Youngsters attempted to find their rhythm, the Panthers maintained strong control in midfield and defence to keep their opponents from getting on the scoresheet in the opening period.

Aman was four shots clear of Gaganjeet Bhullar, the most successful Indian in history on the Asian Tour with 11 wins. Yet Aman said, "Bhullar can come back from any deficit. He is an amazing player. He showed that last year in the IGPL with his consistency."
