Patiala (Punjab) [India], July 12 (ANI): Indian sprinter Hima Das on Sunday prayed for the Amitabh Bachchan's speedy recovery after the legendary Bollywood actor tested positive for coronavirus.

Patiala (Punjab) [India], July 12 (ANI): Indian sprinter Hima Das on Sunday prayed for the Amitabh Bachchan's speedy recovery after the legendary Bollywood actor tested positive for coronavirus.
"I have heard that Amitabh Bachchan and his few family members have tested positive for coronavirus. I am sad and I will pray to God that he recovers soon and his family as well," Das told ANI.
"I also pray for other people who have tested positive for coronavirus, so that everything gets back to normal," she added.
On Saturday, actor Amitabh and son Abhishek Bachchan took to social media to confirm that they have contracted coronavirus. The 'Sholay' actor is reported to be in a "stable" condition with "mild symptoms."
The 77-year-old has been admitted to the isolation unit at Mumbai's Nanavati Super Speciality Hospital.
Earlier on Sunday, Maharashtra Health Minister Rajesh Tope confirmed that Actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and her daughter Aaradhya have tested positive for coronavirus.
As per Assistant Municipal Commissioner Vishwas Mote, the rest of the family members - Jaya Bachchan, daughter Shweta Bachchan Nanda and her children Agastya and Navya Naveli - have tested negative for COVID-19. (ANI)
