India's ace shuttler Lakshya Sen will be eyeing a bronze medal as he locks horns with Malaysia's Lee Zii Jia in the men's singles competition at the ongoing Paris Olympics on Monday.

Paris [France], August 5 (ANI): India's ace shuttler Lakshya Sen will be eyeing a bronze medal as he locks horns with Malaysia's Lee Zii Jia in the men's singles competition at the ongoing Paris Olympics on Monday.
Sen lost to the reigning Olympic champion Victor Axelsen in the semifinals of the men's singles competition on Sunday. The Indian shuttler lost the match 20-22, 14-21.
Following this loss, Lakshya Sen will play a bronze medal match against Lee Zii Jia that will start at 6 PM IST.
Shooters Anant Jeet Singh and Maheshwari Chauhan will be in action at 12:30 PM IST where they will compete in the Skeet Mixed Team Qualification. If they manage to qualify for the final, then their match will be at 6:30 PM IST.
Paddlers Manika Batra, Sreeja Akula, and Archana Kamath will be competing in the Round of 16 of the Women's Team event (Table Tennis) at 1:30 PM IST.
At 3:25 PM IST, athlete Kiran Pahal will be in action where she will be participating in the Round 1 of the Women's 400 Metre race.
Nethra Kumanan (Women's Dinghy ILCA 6) and Vishnu Saravanan (Men's Dinghy ILCA 7) will be in action in race 9 and 10 at 3:45 PM IST and 6:10 PM IST categories respectively.
Wrestler Nisha will be competing in the Round of 16 of the Women's Freestyle 68 KG category at 6:30 PM IST. If she manages to qualify, then her quarterfinal match will be at 7:50 PM IST and her semifinal clash will be at 1:10 AM (August 6).
Athlete Avinash Sable will be in action at 10:34 PM IST in Round 1 of the Men's 3000 Metre Steeplechase. (ANI)
