Leeds [UK], Apr 28 (ANI): Paris Saint-Germain’s loss to Rennes, in the final of Coupe de France, has exasperated Neymar so much so that he lashed out at his younger team-mates saying they should listen more than they talk.
“We need to be more like men in the dressing room, we must be more united. I see a lot of young players who are, not lost exactly, but they lack more ear than mouth,” Goal.com quoted Neymar as saying.
“They must listen more than they talk. Sometimes a more experienced guy speaks, and they answer back. The coach himself speaks, and they retort. This is not how a team goes far,” he added.
The match witnessed a 2-2 tie before the Neymar’s side was beaten by Rennes in the penalty shootouts.
Neymar admitted that he too used to listen to experienced players when he was starting out, so urged his younger team-mates should do the same.
“We are more experienced, so they must respect us a bit more, listen a bit more. I had to do the same when I was starting out,” he said. (ANI)

RCB leadership reflects on championship success, culture shift

Speaking on the team's success, Mo Bobat said, "I think first and foremost it's important to give credit to the players. In our roles, you're only as good as your players. So if we're a championship-winning team, it's because we've got championship-winning players. So I'd probably always start there. They deserve the most amount of credit.
