The left-handed batsman shared adorable pictures of the 'cuties' on Twitter and can be seen having a gala time with the new family members.
In one of the pictures, Dhawan's son Zoravar is seen sitting as the southpaw introduces the new family members on the microblogging site.
"Adopted these cuties today Red heart Chloe and Valentine our new family members #desidogs," Dhawan tweeted.

New Zealand cricketer Mitchell McClenaghan, who plays for Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League (IPL) congratulated Dhawan and wrote: 'Nice'.
The Dhawan family has been sharing adorable pictures and videos as they spend their quality time together amid no cricketing action due to the ongoing coronavirus crisis.
Dhawan last played an ODI match for India in January this year. After that, he picked up an injury which resulted in his being ruled out of the series against New Zealand.
Dhawan would have been in action for the Delhi Capitals had the IPL commenced from March 29. However, the tournament was suspended indefinitely due to the coronavirus pandemic. (ANI)
