Dhoni shows dancing moves, wife Sakshi can't stop laughing

New Delhi [India], November 9 (ANI): Former Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni is known for his cool and composed behaviour both on and off the field.

While Dhoni is considered as fan-favourite for his finishing skills on the field, he has a funny side too when it comes to off-field.

In a video posted on Instagram by Dhoni's hairstylist Sapna Bhavnani, the wicketkeeper-batsman can be seen showing his stylish dancing moves.

In the clip, Dhoni is seen grooving to the tune of a Bollywood number `Jhak maar ke` from the movie Desi Boyz while his wife Sakshi can be seen laughing hysterically.

Sapna captioned the video, "A long time ago at a shoot we found ourselves in @thejohnabraham 's van so @sakshisingh_r and I directed @mahi7781 to make a video for him. And he did! And how! I am blessed to have spent so many precious moments with this man since he was a boy and feel sometimes it's my responsibility to let ya'll glimpse into our simple mad world. Enjoy and laugh all day! Yes I know, I am the luckiest girl and director in the world!"

Recently, Dhoni has come under scrutiny following his low strike rate and a 37-ball 49 in the second T20I in Rajkot against New Zealand where India fell short of 40 runs while chasing down 197 on a flat track.

Meanwhile, former cricketer Ajit Agarkar and V.V.S. Laxman had also said that India should look beyond Dhoni for the T20I formats and that the wicketkeeper-batsman should pave the way for youngsters.

Dhoni, who made his international debut during the ODI series against Bangladesh in 2004, has notched up 9,826 runs in 309 ODIs besides amassing 4,876 runs in 90 Tests.

The 36-year-old also made 83 T20Is appearances in which he has scored 1,281 runs.

He retired from Test cricket in December 2014, but continued to lead the national side in limited-overs before giving up the leadership of the ODI and T20I sides on January 4 this year.

The Ranchi lad is also the only skipper to win all three major ICC tournaments - the 50-over World Cup, the Champions Trophy and the World T20. He also led India to the top of the ICC Test rankings in December 2009.(ANI)
