'Bring the Cup home boys': Harmanpreet Kaur wishes India U-19 team

New Delhi [India], Jan 16 (ANI): Women's T20I skipper Harmanpreet Kaur on Thursday wished India's U-19 cricket team 'all the best' for the upcoming World Cup and encouraged them to bring the Cup home.

New Delhi [India], Jan 16 (ANI): Women's T20I skipper Harmanpreet Kaur on Thursday wished India's U-19 cricket team 'all the best' for the upcoming World Cup and encouraged them to bring the Cup home.
The Cricket World cup's official handle tweeted her video message and captioned the post as: "Special wishes from Harmanpreet Kaur for young guns, who begin their #U19CWC campaign this weekend".
"Good luck boys for the U-19 World Cup. Playing for your country is always a proud moment. Bring the Cup home boys, good luck, play hard," Harmanpreet said in the video.
The 13th edition of the U-19 World Cup, to be held in South Africa, will be played between 16 teams, split into four groups.
India are in Group A with first-time qualifier Japan, New Zealand and Sri Lanka. The top two teams from each group will qualify for the Super League stage.
India U19 squad for World Cup: Yashasvi Jaiswal, Tilak Varma, Divyaansh Saxena, Priyam Garg (Captain), Dhruv Chand Jurel (vice-captain & wicket-keeper), Shashwat Rawat, Divyansh Joshi, Shubhang Hegde, Ravi Bishnoi, Akash Singh, Kartik Tyagi, Atharva Ankolekar, Kumar Kushagra (wicket-keeper), Sushant Mishra, Vidyadhar Patil.
India, the defending champions, will take on Sri Lanka in their first match of the tournament on January 19. (ANI)
