Another milestone! King Kohli hits record 6th double ton

New Delhi [India], Dec 03 (ANI): Unstoppable Virat Kohli scored his sixth Test double century of career to become the only captain to reach the milestone.

Batting against Sri Lanka at his home ground of Feroz Shah Kotla, Kolhi has eased past West Indies' great Brian Lara, who had hit five Test tons.

While overtaking Rahul Dravid, who has five double hundreds, the Indian skipper has now equaled legendary Sachin Tendulkar and Virender Sehwag's record of most Test double tons for the country.

Earlier, on the first day of the Delhi Test against the Islanders, Kohli registered a hat-trick of centuries in a three-match series to become the fourth-fastest Indian to reach 5,000 runs in Tests.

Kohli's solidarity with bat has helped India to cross 480 in the first innings of the second Test against the Lankan Lions here. (ANI)
