Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu) [India], Dec. 21(ANI): With four days to go for Christmas, a cake show organised by a shop here, is attracting interest from buyers and visitors.

Coimbatore: 'Human sculpture' cake wows crowds at X'mas themed show
Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu) [India], Dec. 21(ANI): With four days to go for Christmas, a cake show organised by a shop here, is attracting interest from buyers and visitors. Sudhasri, the owner of the shop, told ANI, "Every year for Christmas, we come up with new ideas in cakes. We give varieties of cake here. Last year, we did Fondant cakes, only the toon characters and theme characters were done. But this year, we have introduced human sculpting which globally well-known. This is the first time in Coimbatore we are doing it and we have done our best." She further said that sculpting was earlier done with clay only. "First time we have introduced it with sugar paste which is edible. We do it with edible colours and sugar paste which can be stored for a month or so." she added. (ANI)
