Justice Girish Kathpalia dismissed the bail plea after considering the testimony of Nidhi, who was riding pillion on the scooter being driven by the deceased at the time of the incident, as well as CCTV footage of the incident.

A division bench of Justices Prathiba M Singh and Vikas Mahajan passed the order while hearing Suse's appeal against the August 1 order of the Patiala House Court, which had rejected his interim bail plea on medical grounds.

Justice G K Ilanthiraiyan reserved the order after hearing Senior Advocate V Raghavachari, appearing for Sethupathi, who led arguments on the application.

The Chief Guest of the program flagged off the bike yatra from Varanasi to his birthplace, Vadnagar, organised at Rudraksh International Cooperation and Conference Centre, Sigra, on Thursday.
