New Delhi [India], Sept.26 (ANI): United States Ambassador to India Richard Verma on Monday welcomed India's decision to ratify the Paris Climate Change agreement on October 2. In a tweet, Verma congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his leadership to ratify the agreement. The Prime Minister mande this announcement while addressing the Bharatiya Janata Party's National Council meet in Kozhikode,Kerala, on Sunday.
