Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) [India], July 25 (ANI): The Uttar Pradesh Government has called off the police recruitment exam due to paper leak. Yesterday, the UP Police took to its Twitter handle to intimate about the same. It also mentioned that the next date of the exam will be displayed on the website -http://uppbpb.gov.in. The online examination by the UP Police Recruitment and Promotion Board for the posts of sub-inspectors was initially scheduled for July 25 and July 26. As many as 1.20 lakh youths, in 22 districts, were to appear in the exam. A probe has been ordered into the matter and the police is trying to find out the perpetrators who leaked the exam paper.
