Farrukhabad (Uttar Pradesh) [India], Mar. 26 (ANI): The Fatehgarh Jail Superintendent and many other officials were on Sunday injured after the prisoners protested demanding better amenities. Acting District Magistrate N.P. Pandey, Jail Superintendent Rakesh Kumar, Fatehgarh Police Station in-charge Ashok Nigam and other officials were rushed to the hospital after they suffered injuries. The inmates got agitated in the morning at around 4 a.m. and the ruckus continued till 2 p.m. in the afternoon. (ANI)
