Chennai (Tamil Nadu) [India], Jan. 31 (ANI): The Tamil Nadu Government will file a case in the Supreme Court regarding the attempts made by the Kerala Government to build six check dams across river Bhavani. Earlier, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister O. Panneerselvam wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi urging him to advise Kerala to stop work on constructing two check dams across the Bhavani river. He pointed out that Tamil Nadu's concurrence was not obtained for the check dams and added the matter was sub-judice.
