Ganjam (Odisha) [India], April 24 (ANI): Odisha Chief Minister and Biju Janata Dal (BJD) Chief Naveen Patnaik started his election campaign on Wednesday from his home turf of Hinjili Assembly Constituency in Ganjam district and said that the coming decade will be a golden era for youth of the state.
Addressing a huge public rally, Naveen Patnaik spoke about bringing a youth budget as well. "The coming decade 2024 to 2034 will be the decade of Odisha. This decade will be a golden era for youths of the state as the government is giving emphasis on employment and skill development. We will bring a youth budget."
Hailing the state, the CM said that Odisha is the first state in India to present a separate agriculture Budget.
