Shocking that Somnath Bharti claims to be an advocate: BJP
New Delhi [India], Sept. 12 (ANI): With the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) embroiled in charges against it own leaders, like Amanatullah and Somnath Bharti, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has asserted that it is a sad situation for the national capital, as the Delhi Government has failed to fulfil the promises they made before coming to power and by taking law and order into their own hands. "What a fall and what a sad situation that after raising the expectations of the voters of delhi the AAP has no concern about the promises they made, and whether now it is the latest case of their MLA Amanatullah Khan or if you take Somnath Bharti, they are willing to take law into their own hands," BJP leader Nalin Kohli told ANI here. Stating that it is quite shocking Bharti claims to be an advocate who says that he will law and order into his own hands and do whatever he wants, Kohli further stated that Bharati was behaving like nothing by a common goon. "It's in fact shocking that Somnath Bharti claims to be an advocate and an advocate who says that I will take law into my own hands, break any wall, do anything I like, is this what the constitution is all about? Taking law into your own hands and behaving like goons," Training guns on Kejriwal for being responsible for the current situation of the party, Kohli added that it was clear all the leaders in AAP were following the steps of the Chief Minister. Meanwhile, Somnath Bharti, who has been booked for allegedly misbehaving with security guards at AIIIMS, has cried foul and claimed that the FIR was filed in response to "humongous success" of AAP's kisan rally in Punjab, asserting that it was nothing but a 'diversionary tactic'. In a series of tweets, Bharti said that AIIMS' authorities were lying and they have been denying legitimate access to Gautam Nagar residents. "AIIMS is lying. They have been denying legitimate access to Gautam Nagar RESIDENTS - AIIMS even refused to PWD meetings. Wherever common man will be troubled I will go. The allegation that residents dismantled the wall is a blatant lie. I will fight in court," he said. A case has been registered against Bharti and his supporters for allegedly misbehaving with security guards of AIIMS. It is reported that the incident took place on September 9 when Bharti and his men allegedly injured six security guards of AIIMS. An FIR has been filed at the Hauj Khas Police Station. (ANI)
