Serious threat to privacy, security of Andhra people: BJP on IT Grids case

Hyderabad (Telangana) [India], Mar 6 (ANI): The IT Grids case is a “boiling” issue and poses a serious threat to the privacy and security of people of Andhra Pradesh, said BJP spokesperson Sudhish Rambhotla on Wednesday.
“IT Grids case is a boiling issue in Andhra Pradesh. It is bigger than Cambridge Analytica scam, which was seen across the world last year. The main problem is that at the cost of public exchequer, the government of Andhra Pradesh has collected a lot of data in the name of implementing welfare schemes to the people," alleged Rambhotla while speaking to ANI.
The spokesperson further alleged, "The facts that have come to light is that the data has been shared with a private company called IT Grids Pvt Ltd. There is another company involved, named Blue Frog Technology”.
According to him, there is no company in the name of Blue Frog Technology. “There is no such company registered. It surprises (me) how the government of Andhra Pradesh has an MoU or an agreement with the company which is not registered at all. It shows how bigger the scam was,” he claimed. (ANI)
