New Delhi [India], March 8 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Wednesday will continue its hearing on the plea filed by NGO, Common Cause seeking complete ban on the illegal mining across Odisha.

SC to continue hearing NGO's plea seeking ban on illegal mining in Odisha
New Delhi [India], March 8 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Wednesday will continue its hearing on the plea filed by NGO, Common Cause seeking complete ban on the illegal mining across Odisha. Earlier in September 21 last year, the apex court had issued notice ato the Centre and Odisha Government demanding a detailed reply of the iron ore sharing contract between Sarda Mines and Jindal Steel and power Limited (JSPL) within two months. A division bench of the apex court, headed by Justice Dipak Misra and also comprising Justice C. Nagappan, sought the reply from both the Centre and Odisha Government. (ANI)
