SC judge Justice A K Sikri releases LexisNexis Book `Corporate Directors`

New Delhi, July 30 (ANI-Businesswire India): LexisNexis®, a leading provider of content and technology solutions for legal, corporate, tax, academic and government markets, announced launch of 'Corporate Directors - Roles, Responsibilities, Powers and Duties of Directors', at the India International Centre on Friday evening. Congratulating the author on his achievement, Hon'ble Mr. Justice Manmohan cited his anecdotal experiences and applauded the author's and publisher's work. He mentioned that there is a need for a balance and hence professionally competent, experienced and knowledgeable directors were required for better corporate governance.
