Rijiju to attend 'International Meeting on Counter Terrorism' in Indonesia on Wednesday
New Delhi, Aug 8 (ANI): Minister of State for Home Affairs Shri Kiren Rijiju will leave today to attend the "International Meeting on Counter Terrorism" to be held at Bali, Indonesia on Wednesday. The theme of this multilateral meeting on counter-terrorism will be countering cross-border movement of terrorism which is one of the biggest challenges faced today by countries regarding perpetrators, weapons, ideology and financing. This is first of its kind meeting being hosted by Indonesia, which aims at strengthening the international cooperation network in addressing the growing threat of cross-border movement of terrorism from the aspects of actor, information and also financing. Rijiju will also be meeting Indonesia Minister for Political, Security and Legal Affairs Mr. Wiranto to discuss various issues of bilateral importance. (ANI)
