Refusing to certify upcoming movie 'Lipstick under my Burkha' is conservative: Sandeep Dikshit
New Delhi [India], Feb.25 (ANI): Congress leader Sandeep Dikshit on Saturday said the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) refusal to certify Prakash Jha's film 'Lipstick under my Burkha' was conservative and narrow minded. "People who are sitting in such organisations and are connected with Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS) can only pass rubbish and narrow minded decisions like this," he said to ANI. He also said it is the responsibility of the central government and not the state to find the reason behind rail accidents in Uttar Pradesh. On demonetisation, he said, "He (Prime Minister Modi) is making fool of the people by claiming that they have stopped terrorism through this revolutionary drive." He also blamed the coalition BJP-PDP government for the crisis in Jammu and Kashmir. (ANI)
