New Delhi [India], Mar 30 (ANI): Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Saturday said that his party will employ lakhs of rural youth in Gram Sabhas to improve the environment.

New Delhi [India], Mar 30 (ANI): Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Saturday said that his party will employ lakhs of rural youth in Gram Sabhas to improve the environment.
"India needs to repair and restore our water bodies. Regenerate and afforest wasteland and degraded land. We will employ lakhs of rural youth in our Gram Sabhas to improve the environment," Rahul tweeted.
His comment comes weeks before the 2019 Lok Sabha polls.
Seven-phase polls are set to begin on April 11 and will go on till May 19. The counting of votes will take place on May 23. (ANI)
