Rahul Gandhi has not understood demonetisation well: BJP
Mumbai (Maharashtra)[India], Feb. 9(ANI): The Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) on Thursday said Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi has not understood the demonetisation process and its implication. "Rahul Gandhi ji has repeatedly made amateur comments and this is one more in his basket to suggest that 'acche din' has only come for the rich and not for the poor. Probably he didn't realise what demonetisation was and what was its implications are," BJP leader Shaina N.C. told ANI. She also said that anybody who wants to comment on the note ban process should substantiate with examples rather than making generic statement. Gandhi on Wednesday took a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying his promise of "acche din" had come true only for industrialists as the country's farmers were facing with "burey din". "Acche din have come only for the industrialists in the country but for farmers 'burey din' have come (during the Modi government)," he said addressing an election meeting at Hathras. "The farmers of the country are faced with financial problems," he added. (ANI)
