Rahat Fateh Ali Khan opens up on 'unfulfilled' musical collaboration
London, July 25 (ANI): Know for Sufi renditions, primarily Qawwalis, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan has recently opened up about his musical collaboration wish. Khan revealed that he would have loved to collaborate with King of Pop, Michael Jackson, reports the Express Tribune. "He is no longer in this world. Michael Jackson, I'm a fan of his, a very big fan. Unfortunately, it did not happen," he said. The 'Tere Mast Mast Do Nain' hit-maker added, "After him, the next person I liked was Whitney (Houston). And even she . I think I'm so much late." Khan is presently gearing up for his upcoming three concerts in August in UK, where he will be seen rendering Bollywood classics and Qawwali. "British tour would include classical music from Pakistan as well as popular songs from Indian movies, including the recent hit, Sultan," said the four time UK Asian Music Awards winner. Talking about his projects in the pipeline, the 42-year-old singer disclosed that he is currently working on a variety of music, which also includes some international collaborations that are supposed to be launched in 2017.(ANI)
