Police repression cannot bury DSC scam truth: YSRCP's Sajjala

YSRCP State Coordinator Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy said the Chandrababu Naidu government was trying to bury the endless irregularities in Mega DSC-2025 by refusing to answer specific questions and instead unleashing police repression against students, unemployed youth and the Opposition.

Tadepalli (Andhra Pradesh) [India], August 10 (ANI): YSRCP State Coordinator Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy said the Chandrababu Naidu government was trying to bury the endless irregularities in Mega DSC-2025 by refusing to answer specific questions and instead unleashing police repression against students, unemployed youth and the Opposition.
According to an official release, he said affected candidates themselves first raised the issue, approached courts and produced evidence, after which YSRCP took up the movement. The growing response to nearly ten programmes organised over the past 70-75 days proves that the issue is rooted in genuine public concern.
Sajjala questioned why question-paper preparation and examination management were concentrated under SCERT, why confidential digital functions were handled by outsourcing personnel, and why SCERT outsourcing employee Purama Naveen, who secured first rank in one category and sixth rank in another, was subsequently removed from the merit list.
He also demanded answers on candidates called in a 1:1 ratio and cleared through certificate verification but denied appointments, as well as the failure to publish transparent merit-cum-roster lists.
He said the Sports Quota exposed an even larger pattern: the government removed the written-test requirement through special GOs, filled teacher posts without DSC examinations, and restored the examination requirement immediately after recruitment. Mismatched and altered sports certificates, documents belonging to different persons being used together, website tampering after discrepancies were exposed, and recorded negotiations for teacher posts involving money all require an independent investigation.
Instead of answering these questions, the government was projecting that "everything was fine" and using selected appointees to attack those seeking an inquiry, he said. At the same time, peaceful relay hunger strikes, rallies and protest programmes were being obstructed through notices, house arrests, false cases and arrests. He said police were being used "like a hired force" to protect the ruling party, citing restrictions in Kuppam, Pulivendula, Tadipatri and other constituencies.
Sajjala said the movement would not stop until Nara Lokesh resigns, a CBI investigation is ordered into Mega DSC-2025, pending Fee Reimbursement and Vasathi Deevena dues are cleared, and the promised Rs. 3,000 monthly unemployment allowance is implemented.
"Denials, counter-attacks, fake propaganda, police cases and arrests cannot erase the evidence. We will expose the DSC irregularities completely and continue the struggle until students and unemployed youth receive justice," he said. (ANI)
