New Delhi [India], Nov. 25 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Punjab today to attend a function marking the 350th birth anniversary of tenth Sikh Guru Gobind Singh ji at Sri Anandpur Sahib in Rupanagar district.

New Delhi [India], Nov. 25 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Punjab today to attend a function marking the 350th birth anniversary of tenth Sikh Guru Gobind Singh ji at Sri Anandpur Sahib in Rupanagar district. The Prime Minister will also lay the foundation stone of the All India Institute of Medical sciences (AIIMS) in Bathinda district. He will also address a public rally. Prime Minister Modi's visit has political significance for the ruling alliance of Shiromani Akali Dal and BJP as Punjab Assembly elections are expected to be held in the state early next year. (ANI)
