Panchkula (Haryana) [India], January 6 (ANI): BJP National president JP Nadda on Saturday said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has changed the culture of politics in India adding that before the tenure of PM Modi, the political culture of the country was based on caste politics.
Addressing the public in Panchkula, BJP President JP Nadda said, He (PM Modi) has changed the culture of politics in India. India's political culture was based on caste, backward-forward. Divisive politics was in practice for a long time. Vote bank politics continued."
JP Nadda further stated that the last 10 years of Prime Minister Modi's tenure will be written in golden letters in history.
"PM Modi gave a new political message to India - Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas - only then will the country go forward. The manner in which he has strengthened the country in the last 10 years will be written in golden letters in history," Nadda said.
In a mega poll push, ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, Bhartiya Janata Party President JP Nadda along with Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar held a massive roadshow in Panchkula.
Nadda, who is on a tour to Haryana for the second time in three days, conducted a 1.5-kilometre stretch roadshow from Tank Chowk to Bellavista Chowk.
Earlier, on Friday the BJP President had held a mega roadshow in Himachal Pradesh's Solan district.
A huge crowd of supporters danced and cheered his motorcade.
In his address in Himachal Pradesh, Nadda said that not a single promise had been fulfilled by the Congress government in the state. He said that Congress got wiped out in the assembly elections of Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan and this has happened because of the unwavering faith of the people towards Prime Minister Modi.
