Petrol price up Rs. 0.89 per litre, diesel by Rs. 0.86

In his statement in the Lok Sabha, Puri said the government has taken multiple measures to safeguard the country's energy security and ensure the uninterrupted availability of petroleum products, cooking gas, and natural gas.

DK Shivakumar said, "The MPs speak on all kinds of issues. Instead, they should raise the issue of LPG shortage in the Parliament and get justice to the people of the state," he said while speaking to reporters at his Sadashivanagar residence.

"The deepening crisis in the supply of cooking gas (LPG) in the country due to the war in the Gulf countries is extremely alarming. It is unfortunate that the Modi government remains as negligent and insensitive as ever regarding this potential national crisis.
