Labelling the JMM-led coalition in Jharkhand a "Ghuspaithiya Bandhan" (infiltrators' alliance) and "Mafia Ka Ghulam" (mafia's slave) for allegedly supporting Bangladeshi infiltrators, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday said that the people of Jharkhand are being forced to migrate.

Garhwa (Jharkhand) [India], November 4 (ANI): Labelling the JMM-led coalition in Jharkhand a "Ghuspaithiya Bandhan" (infiltrators' alliance) and "Mafia Ka Ghulam" (mafia's slave) for allegedly supporting Bangladeshi infiltrators, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday said that the people of Jharkhand are being forced to migrate.
Addressing a rally in Garhwa, the Prime Minister claimed that the mafia has overtaken the Hemant Soren government and a vote for the BJP will be a stroke on the "mafia system".
"Appeasement politics has reached its pinnacle in Jharkhand where the JMM-led coalition is busy supporting Bangladeshi infiltrators. If this continues, the tribal population in Jharkhand will shrink. This is a threat to tribal society and the country. This coalition has become a 'Gushpaithiya Bandhan' and a 'Mafia ka Gulam'. These (JMM-RJD-Congress) three political parties support infiltrators...They are making them settle in entire Jharkhand," PM Modi said.
"The people are being forced to migrate. Your every vote will harm the mafia system made by JMM-RJD-Congress here," he added.
PM Modi said that JMM, Congress, and RJD are using Bangladeshi infiltrators for 'vote bank politics', facilitating them to settle in Jharkhand which is a threat to social structure, making the situation serious in Jharkhand.
"If Saraswati Vandana is prevented in schools, you can understand the level of threat. There is a curfew during festivals...Durga Puja and all major festivals are being impacted," he said.
PM Modi asked the people to question the JMM-Congress government about the Abua Awas Yojana in the state.
"You should ask JMM-Congress govt what has happened to Abua Awas Yojana in the state...During the Lok Sabha elections, I gave the guarantee of constructing 3 crore new houses countrywide. Now, BJP Jharkhand has also resolved to build 21 lakh new houses. Every poor person should have a house, this is BJP's guarantee," he said.
He accused the Soren government of putting "obstacles" in the implementation of central schemes in Jharkhand.
"For better facilities in Jharkhand, for farmers, for strengthing industries in the state, the Central govt has made all efforts even when the JMM government put obstacles before it..When you will form double engine- govt here, then development in the state will also take place at double the pace..." he said.
The Prime Minister said that these days there is a huge business of spreading rumours but people should be aware and not believe in the rumours.
"These days there is a huge business of spreading rumours, but you should not believe any such rumour. When I implemented PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi in 2018, JMM here lied saying that one should not associate themselves with this scheme citing that Modi will take back the money you are getting today," PM Modi said.
He further said that a lot of focus has been put on the state's infrastructure.
"Work to make road connectivity and rail connectivity stronger is underway in Jharkhand. Gas pipelines of Jagadishpur, Haldia, and Bokaro are providing cheaper gas to the people of state... The central government is making all efforts to strengthen Jharkhand. That too at a time when the state's JMM government is trying everything to stop Jharkhand's development," he said.
He asserted that after the BJP forms government in Jharkhand, 3 lakh government posts will be filled in a transparent manner.
PM Modi underlined BJP's poll promise regarding new houses for the poor and said that the party guarantees there should be no poor without a house.
The Jharkhand Assembly elections will be held in two phases on November 13 and 20, with vote counting scheduled for November 23. In the 2020 Assembly election in Jharkhand, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) won 30 seats, BJP won 25 seats and Congress won 16. In 2014, the BJP won 37 seats, JMM won 19 seats and Congress only won 6 seats. (ANI)
