Pakistan does not understand language of peace, needs a lesson, says expert
Ludhiana (Punjab) [India], Nov. 9 (ANI): Defence expert Colonel (retired) D.S. Grewal has said that Pakistan needs to be taught a lesson as it does not understand the language of peace. Colonel (retired) D.S. Grewal told ANI, "Pakistan is actually acting like a hardened criminal; it has been hit very hard and still not improving; it shows that either their intentions are too bad or, that they have got certain aims and objectives which may harm India in the longer term." "We should keep teaching Pakistan a lesson because they do not understand the language of peace," he added. One soldier was killed and two others were injured as Pakistan Rangers resorted to unprovoked firing in Nowshera sector of Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday. The Indian Armed Forces have retaliated to the heavy firing initiated by the Pakistani Rangers. As per the police, Pakistan is using long-range 120-mm mortar shells and the Indian Army is giving a befitting reply. The exchange of fire still continues. Tuesday's ceasefire violation took place two days after two soldiers were killed and five others, including two women, were injured in Poonch district. Soldiers posted in the Krishna Ghati area of the Kashmir Valley first spotted the movement of militants around 2 a.m. "Two infiltration bids, assisted by Pakistani ceasefire violations, were foiled in the Krishna Ghati sector. One soldier was killed," said a spokesman of the Northern Command. More than 100 incidents of ceasefire violations by Pakistani troops have had happened so far, following India's surgical strike across the Line of Control (LoC) on September 29. (ANI)
