New Rajasthan BJP Chief Madan Rathore meets Amit Shah, expresses gratitude for appointment

Days after being appointed as Bharatiya Janata Party's Rajasthan state chief Rajya Sabha MP, Madan Rathore met Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Wednesday in Parliament and expressed gratitude for getting the new responsibility.

New Delhi [India], July 31 (ANI): Days after being appointed as the Bharatiya Janata Party's Rajasthan state chief, Rajya Sabha MP Madan Rathore met Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Wednesday in Parliament to express his gratitude for the new responsibility.
In a post on X following his meeting with Amit Shah, Rathore referred to him as a "role model" for every BJP worker.
"Today in New Delhi, I had the opportunity to meet our nation's successful Home Minister, Shri Amit Shah Ji, who is a role model for every BJP worker. Your determination in enhancing the self-respect of Mother India, along with your vigour and dedication to the nation, has infused new energy in me," Rathore wrote on X.
"I am extremely grateful for your good wishes regarding my new role as President of Rajasthan BJP State," he added.
The BJP recently announced new state chiefs for Bihar and Rajasthan, along with new state in-charges and co-in-charges.
Rajya Sabha MP Madan Rathore has been appointed as the state chief for Rajasthan, while Dilip Jaiswal has been given the responsibility for Bihar.
Harish Dwivedi has been appointed in charge of Assam, MP Atul Garg for Chandigarh, Arvind Menon for Lakshadweep, and Radha Mohan Das Aggarwal for Rajasthan.
Vijaya Rahatkar will be co-in-charge for Rajasthan, while Tamil Nadu's responsibilities will be handled by Arvind Menon with Sudhakar Reddy as his co-in-charge.
The party has also announced Rajdeep Roy as in charge of the northeastern state of Tripura. (ANI)
