New Delhi, Aug 18 (ANI): The festival of Raksha Bandhan is today being celebrated in different parts of the country. Union Textiles Minister Smriti Irani is visiting the Siachen Base Camp to tie Rakhi to soldiers deployed there. Union Minister for Commerce and Industry Nirmala Sitharaman will be tying Rakhi to the jawans at Lumla in Tawang region. Food Processing Minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal yesterday tied Rakhi to the BSF personnel deployed at the international border in Attari near Amritsar. Girls from colleges and schools also tied Rakhis to BSF troops at the Attari Border. (ANI)
